The Story

The piano sound on LCD Soundsystem's "All My Friends" was created using a Yamaha CP70 electric grand piano. The signal was processed through an SSL 4000 G+ console, with the characteristic brightness and slight distortion likely coming from the console's preamps and channel strip processing.
